I called ahead to see if Robert had time to help me with an issue on my car. I already had the part, I just needed help installing it. He was friendly, funny, incredibly helpful, and very informative throughout the whole process. The repair was quick, but he still took the time to explain everything and made the experience stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Freeman's was recommended to me by 2 different auto shops and I was very pleased with their service, friendliness and helpfullness. I replaced my radio in my 2010 Chevy Colorado with a pioneer car stereo and added a backup camera. The job was completed in about 3 hours and I was able to pick my truck up after hours. Everything looks perfect and works well. I was told the price up front and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Freeman's on S Blvd for auto electronics, stereo systems, cameras and the like. Mike Kimbrell ⅕

My experience with Mr. Robert was AMAZING. He had a great attitude and the work took NO TIME at all to finish. I had to have a couple parts ordered first and they came quickly as well. I appreciate all of the help! I would HIGHLY recommend 👌🏾

Getting my teen age daughter's car ready for her down the road. I needed new speakers so went over to Freeman's on South Blvd Charlotte. Told Robert that I have a 2006 Lexus RX330 that speakers blown out ( my daughter didn't know how that happened ) LOL . I asked him what I needed for a 20 year old car that had 202,000 miles on it. Robert was great, true professional, you could tell he had been in the business a long time and knew exactly what I needed. All I can say when I need more audio work for my cars I will not hesitate going to Freeman's, Robert , Michael and the team were extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and super polite. Prices were great and done right. The only place I will go in the future. Thanks Robert you made a young girl very happy!
